Yesterday I visited a flower show in Gloucester cathedral (UK). To be surrounded by the beauty of the flowers and the skill and creativity of the arrangers, in such an awe-inspiring venue, was truly wonder-full, but more than that, every person I encountered was also joyful, thankful and positive - not a single negative comment heard all day! The power of nature 🥰💐
Starting a new class to jumpstart me to get back to writing a novel I started a few years ago. Getting me out to meet new people. Joining a local art organization Board of Directors. Again meeting new people.
My husband and I are retired and you would think we would take life slower and savor the moments and yet too much time is often the evil that consumes us when we waste it and fail to consider the joys life still has to offer. So, we packed our trailer and headed out this week to see the trees and the lakes and listen to the bugs at night. I’m finally finishing a book I started over a month ago and yes, I brought my travel paints and sketch book. This world is tasty when we savor its goodness and remember what we love most!!!
Modern research has shown that joyful experiences can boost our immune function, reduce inflammation, and even increase our lifespan. It’s as if joy is a natural vaccine, protecting us from the wear and tear of daily life. NeuroLaunch.com
Yes!! Much more of this in the world.

Great post! Off to savour the afternoon with good friends (Canadian spelling)
The only “rage” I want to experience is the beauty that I find in watercolors.

We ALL need to do this right now.... THANK YOU
