I know MANY of you are new to Substack, and we have widely different comfort levels with tech in our group.
With our community 100-Day Project, the #100daysofwonder2024 THREE DAYS away, I wanted to send out some helpful details we’ve been getting questions on.
Some things are Substack quirks and we may not be able to fix those (they are few and far between, and some are pretty adorable).
But we have your backs. It may take us 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to reply while we are getting things going over here, but you will hear from us if you reach out using the email us button below.
Because there are just 2 of us running things over here at present, we are wearing so many hats it looks like a millernery (fancy name for a hat shop). I have my tech support hat on right now. It looks a lot like a baseball cap to wrangle my very unstyled air-dried hair.
We can’t guarantee we will see your comment requesting help in a comment section on Instagram or Substack. We are on the look out, but the best way to reach out to us for support is by using the snazzy “email us” button below.
I Need Help with My Subscription or Account
If you are having problems with your subscription or account, signed up with the wrong email (it happens to the best of us), or find something that isn’t working on the site, please let us know ⬇️ by clicking the email us button ⬇️. Allow us 48 hours to look into it for you.
Where’s My Log In? Why Can’t I Log In? Knock, Knock is Anyone Home?
When you go to wonder.dmicheleperry.com, you’ll see a screen like this ⬇️. Click Sign In which I have circled in bright magenta 🖍 😊.
Sometimes, you might see this screen ⬇️ first depending on your browser settings. If you do, click Read before subscribing ✨ and it will take you to the screen above in #1.
When you click Sign In (see #1), you’ll be taken to a page that looks like ⬇️. Put your email in the place it says Email. Then hit the Continue button. Substack will send you a link via email that you can click to sign in. You can also set up a password if you prefer. Click here for the Substack tutorial about how that works.
This is a Substack quirk. I know it’s a little different. But we think building here is worth it. It’s a little like my quirky cottage. I kinda love most of them.
Where Are My Emails? Why Haven’t I Heard from You?
You will receive new posts from the time you signed up going forward. You won’t receive posts/emails that were published before you signed up.
But you can find ALL of the relevant #100DaysofWonder2024 content online for the duration of our 100-day time period. Click the link in the button below to be taken to the #100DaysofWonder2024 post list to see what’s happening and catch up with anything new you might have missed.
What to Do If You Think You Aren’t Receiving Emails

ON SUBSTACK: We will be posting two interactive threads a week.
Our Thursday SHARE & CELEBRATE Thread will open Thursday-Saturday for everyone (free & paid) to post their favorite work from the week (related to the 100 Days of Wonder). You can upload photos right in your post. We will be popping in several times through that period to encourage as many of you as possible, but this is primarily a space for you to connect and encourage one another!
Our Tuesday CHECK-IN & FEEDBACK Thread will be live Tuesday-Friday for our paid members and we will be checking on it and engaging with it daily while it is open.

My Photos Aren’t Loading on the Chat Thread. What Do I Do?
This most likely because Substack might have gotten busy as a platform or the internet connection you are using is slow or unstable. (It happens sometimes, right?)
Here are some things you can try:
Upload smaller pictures in size.
Log-out, Log-In, turn yourself around and try that move again.
Clear your cache.
Clear your browser history.
Restart your device.
Try back in an hour or so.
I Can’t Comment On a Post or Chat Thread
On chat threads we follow a posting a schedule that will be communicated in the prompt area starting Feb 17.
We only leave threads open for designated time periods so we can stay current and not have comments buried.
If a post has comments turned off it’s because we want to push conversations to the chat threads or it’s a boring important email like this.
You are always welcome to email us a private reply to any email you receive.
What’s the Posting Schedule for #100daysofwonder2024?
SATURDAYS at 8 AM, EST: The Weekly Wonder Drop gets sent. The first portion is for everyone and includes notes and thoughts of encouragement from yours truly, project updates, and the prompts for the next week. The second portion is extended content that is available to our paid subscribers and includes more ideas under each prompt and some behind-the-scenes of me working on the first prompt of the week. But for the first 3 weeks, everyone will get to see the extended content so if you are on the fence, you can see what it looks like,
TUESDAYS: the CHECK-IN & FEEDBACK chat thread will go live for our paid subscribers. It will stay live from Tuesday-Friday and we will check in on it daily. This is a place for works in progress, questions, and general feedback.
THURSDAYS: the SHARE AND CELEBRATE chat thread will open Thursday-Saturday for everyone (free & paid) to post their favorite work from the week (related to the 100 Days of Wonder). You can upload multiple photos to your post.
We will be popping in several times through that period to encourage as many of you as possible, but this is primarily a space for you to connect, meet new friends, and encourage one another! The only thing we ask is to keep it kind and supportive, and respect people’s intellectual property. It isn’t the place for critiques, just celebration. 🎉
